Who I am
About Me
My name is Mihaela Claudia Puscas and I am a professional counselor in Milan, specialized in emotional support and personal empowerment. My international education and experience in different European countries strengthen my commitment to the values of cultural diversity and inclusion, essential in my approach to counseling.
In addition to my role as a counselor in Milan, I am an author and creator of digital content. My first book, "Royal Blue", is a romance novel aimed at young female readers. I am currently working on a second book, of an educational and autobiographical nature, which aims to become a valuable resource for those living in toxic relationships. This work reflects not only my personal experiences but also my commitment to providing support and guidance to those facing similar challenges. I love writing and I regularly collaborate with various online sites, contributing articles in English on topics ranging from personal development to culture.
In the digital production space, I run an English YouTube channel dedicated to travel and lifestyle and am developing a new channel in Italian. On this channel, I plan to produce podcasts with guests from various fields, including psychology, neuroscientists, sports, public figures, entrepreneurs and more. This format aims to offer a variety of perspectives and insights, enriching the dialogue on topics of personal and professional growth and including an increasingly broad range of voices and experiences.
Choosing counseling as a career comes from my personal experience with this approach, which I firmly believe in. I use a non-directive method that facilitates the process of reflection and discovery, allowing clients to find strength and answers within themselves.
Personally, I am an ambivert: I appreciate both time alone and time in company. I love reading, dreaming in nature, taking care of my dog, watching a good movie, enjoying a pizza, traveling, and driving my vintage 1972 Fiat, which always brings me joy.
